End a gallery on your terms
You can end access to a gallery by revoking its link, letting an expiry date pass, or deleting the gallery entirely. Revoking pauses access, expiry switches the link off on a date you choose, and deleting permanently removes the photographs and the gallery.

Revoke vs delete
You manage galleries in /app, where you can remove individual photos or delete an entire gallery. If you only want to turn off access, click Revoke link. The recipient link switches off while your originals stay in your account. The gallery shows Link revoked, and Publish again brings it back at any time.
Deleting is permanent. The confirmation reads: Delete this gallery? — “{title}” and its photographs will be removed. Its recipient link will stop working. This can't be undone. Once you confirm Delete gallery, the gallery and its files are gone.
Revoke to pause access; delete to remove the work for good.
Letting a gallery expire
You can set an optional expiry date on any gallery. When the date passes, the gallery shows Expired in your account and the recipient link stops working.
As the owner you see: This gallery expired on {date}. Extend or remove its expiry in Settings to make it available again. The photographs stay in your account, so expiry is reversible whenever you extend or clear the date.
What recipients see
In all three cases — revoked, expired, or deleted — the recipient link stops working and shows: This gallery is no longer available. Ask the sender for a new link. Clients know the link is inactive and that they should contact you directly.
Common questions
Can I undo deleting a gallery?
No. Deletion is permanent: the gallery and its photographs are removed, the link stops working, and it can't be undone.
What's the difference between revoking and deleting?
Revoking switches the recipient link off but leaves your originals in your account, so you can publish again later. Deleting removes the gallery and its photographs entirely.
My gallery expired — is it gone?
No. An expired gallery keeps its photographs in your account. Extend or remove its expiry in Settings to make it available again.
Does deleting a gallery free up storage?
Yes. Accounts include 2 GB of free storage, and deleting galleries frees space. See files and limits for the full list.
