The link they see, the view you get
Every gallery has two sides: the recipient link your client opens and your own management view in /app. This page shows who sees what.

The recipient link
When you publish, your gallery gets a link formatted as https://shoots.page/g/<slug>. The Share gallery dialog labels it Recipient gallery link and confirms: Your gallery is live. Anyone with the link can open it. (adding and password when you set one).
Recipients never need an account, an app, or a sign-up. When clients open the link, they see your gallery title, studio name, and any expiry date you set. If a password is enabled, they enter it; then they browse the thumbnail grid, open photos in a 2,000 px preview viewer, and use whichever download options you allowed. Your view in /app
Your side of the gallery lives at /app. There you can update the gallery title, change the cover photo, set a password, choose an expiry date, adjust proofing settings, and toggle Allow original downloads and Allow JPEG downloads. Revoking and deleting the gallery are managed here too.
You can paste the recipient link into any channel you use with clients — email, messages, or your own delivery template. For ready-made wording, see the photo delivery email template.
Publishing and revoking
Publishing makes the recipient link live. To cut off access, click Revoke link; the confirmation asks: Switch off this gallery link? Recipients will no longer be able to view or download these photographs. Your originals stay in your account.
A revoked gallery shows the status Link revoked, and the app explains: The recipient link is switched off. Publish again when you're ready to share it. Click Publish again to restore access, or see delete and expire galleries to remove it permanently.
Common questions
Can I send the link in any app or email?
Yes. Copy the recipient link and paste it into an email, a chat app, or your own delivery message.
What does my client see when they open the link?
Your client sees the gallery title, studio name, and expiry date — without signing up for anything. After entering the password (if one is set), they see a thumbnail grid, a 2,000 px preview viewer, and any download options you allowed.
If I revoke the link, are my photos deleted?
No. Revoking turns off client viewing and downloading, but your originals stay in your account.
Can I turn a revoked link back on?
Yes. A revoked gallery shows Link revoked; click Publish again to restore access.
