One recipient link per gallery
The link they see, the view you get
Every published gallery has one recipient link, shoots.page/g/ plus a 48-character code, that your client opens without an account. You copy or email it from the Share dialog, and you manage the gallery, its downloads and the link from /app.

The recipient link
When you publish, your gallery gets a link formatted as https://shoots.page/g/<slug>. The Share gallery dialog labels it Recipient gallery link and confirms Your gallery is live. Anyone with the link can open it. With a password set, the second sentence reads Anyone with the link and password can open it. Read more about gallery link access.
For a gallery with no password and no proofing, the dialog also offers Share on social: Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X buttons with a ready caption and hashtags picked for the photos, plus Copy caption.
Send it by email
In the Share gallery dialog, open Send to a client, enter the Recipient name and Recipient email, and press Send email. shoots.page sends the link from notifications@shoots.page, and replies go to you. You can email one person per send and up to 200 people per gallery; the same address can get it again after 10 minutes.
The gallery has to be published, not expired, and fully processed. Anyone you email this way also gets a reminder in the 24 hours before the gallery expires. The password is never in the email, so send it separately.
With photo selection on, the email carries a personal link, and Copy personal link gives you the same link to paste into any chat. Your client opens it ready to pick, without typing their name or email.
Your view in /app
Your side of the gallery lives at /app. There you can update the gallery title, change the cover photo, set a password, choose an expiry date, adjust proofing settings, and toggle Allow original downloads, Allow JPEG downloads and, for RAW photos, Allow RAW downloads. Revoking and deleting the gallery are managed here too.
Each gallery also shows its activity: how often it was opened and by how many people, when it was last viewed, and its downloads and ZIP downloads. shoots.page emails you when a gallery is opened or downloaded; switch that off in Studio under Email me when a gallery is opened or downloaded.

Publishing and revoking
Publishing makes the recipient link live. To cut off access, click Revoke link; the confirmation asks: Switch off this gallery link? Recipients will no longer be able to view or download these photographs. Your originals stay in your account.
A revoked gallery shows the status Link revoked, and the app explains: The recipient link is switched off. Publish again when you're ready to share it. Click Publish again to restore access on the same link, or see delete and expire galleries to remove it permanently.
Common questions
Can I send the link in any app or email?
Yes. Copy the recipient link and paste it into an email, a chat app, or your own delivery message. Or use Send to a client in the Share dialog to have shoots.page send it.
What does my client see when they open the link?
If you set a password, they enter it first. Then they see the gallery title, your studio name if you set one, the expiry date if there is one, a thumbnail grid, a 2,000 px preview viewer and the download options you allowed. No sign-up at any point.
If I revoke the link, are my photos deleted?
No. Revoking turns off client viewing and downloading, but your originals stay in your account.
Can I turn a revoked link back on?
Yes. A revoked gallery shows Link revoked; click Publish again to restore access. The link stays the same.
