Copy-paste email wording for delivering your gallery link to clients. Three versions for three moments: first delivery, an early sneak peek, and an expiry reminder.

How to use these
Copy a version below, replace every {placeholder} with your own details, and send it from your normal email address. Placeholders are wrapped in curly braces so they are easy to spot. If your gallery has an expiry date, keep that line; if not, delete it.
First delivery
The standard handoff: the full set is ready.
Subject: Your photos are ready: {shoot description / date}
Hi {client name},
Your photos from {shoot description / date} are ready to view.
Gallery link: {gallery link}
Password: {gallery password} (delete this line if you didn't set a password)
Link expires: {expiry date} (delete this line if you didn't set an expiry)
