Thirteen checks to run before every photo delivery on shoots.page, from the final cull to the follow-up after sending. It covers file names up to 255 characters, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP or RAW files, the 2 GB of free storage, and password, expiry and download settings.

How to use this checklist
Copy it into your notes app or studio template, work top to bottom before every delivery, and adapt the bracketed lines to your workflow.
The checklist
BEFORE EXPORT [ ] Cull the set and finish every edit. [ ] Rename files to client-ready names (up to 255 characters). FILE PREP [ ] Export as JPEG or PNG (HEIC, TIFF, WebP and RAW also accepted; no video). [ ] Keep each file under 1 GiB and 100 megapixels; a larger file blocks publishing. [ ] Check the set fits your storage (2 GB free, 100 GB on Pro). UPLOAD [ ] Pick the files and set the gallery title (up to 120 characters). [ ] Decide on an optional password (8 to 256 characters) and expiry date. [ ] Upload and wait until every photo is ready. REVIEW [ ] Review the gallery as the client will see it. [ ] Set downloads: Allow original downloads, Allow JPEG downloads, or both (each includes its ZIP). Turn on Allow RAW downloads only if the client should get the RAW files. SEND [ ] Publish the gallery and copy the link. [ ] Send the delivery email [your template, or Send email in the Share dialog], and the password separately. AFTER SENDING [ ] Plan the follow-up [a reminder before the expiry date, if one is set; clients you emailed from shoots.page get one automatically].

Originals are stored byte-for-byte, so clients download the exact files you upload; RAW files reach them as full-size JPEGs unless you allow RAW downloads. shoots.page is not a backup service, so keep your own copies of delivered work.
