Download instructions your clients can follow
Paste these instructions into your delivery email so clients can open their gallery and save their photos without writing back. Two lengths: a full walkthrough and a four-line version.

How to use these
Paste a version under your delivery message, replace the {placeholders}, and delete any line about an option you did not enable. If a button is not in your client's gallery, mentioning it will only confuse them.
Full instructions
For clients who want every step spelled out.
1. Open your gallery link: {gallery link}. Enter {gallery password} if asked (no account or app needed).
2. Browse the grid and click any photo to view it large.
3. To save one photo, click "Download original" for the exact file, or "Download JPEG" for the 2,000 px JPEG version.
4. To save everything, click "Download all photos" for a ZIP file. If a format choice appears, pick originals or JPEGs.
5. On a phone, the ZIP saves to your files or downloads app; on a computer, it lands in your downloads folder.
6. This gallery is available until {expiry date} (delete this line if there is no expiry). Download what you want to keep before then.
