Download a gallery on Windows
Click Download all photos on the shoots.page gallery, then right-click the ZIP in File Explorer and select Extract All: Windows unzips it with no extra software. Press Ctrl+J in Edge or Chrome to find the file, and pick Original files for full resolution or JPEG previews for 2000 px copies.

The whole job in four steps
Open your gallery link
Click the link your photographer sent you. It opens in your browser with no account, app or sign-up. If the gallery is password-protected, enter the password your photographer gave you.
Download the ZIP
If the gallery offers more than one format, pick one in the menu next to the button: Original files for full resolution, JPEG previews for smaller 2000 px copies, or RAW files if your photographer included them. Then click Download all photos. Press
Ctrl+Jin Edge or Chrome to see the download.Extract All
Open File Explorer and go to Downloads. Right-click the ZIP (or press and hold it), select Extract All..., and follow the instructions.
View your photos
The extracted photos are ordinary files. Double-click one to open it, or move the whole folder to Pictures.

Only need a few photos?
Open the ZIP in File Explorer and drag the photos you want to another folder; you don't have to extract everything. Delete the ZIP once you have what you need.
Common questions
Where did my download go?
Press Ctrl+J in Edge or Chrome to see your recent downloads and open the file from there. Otherwise, check the Downloads folder in File Explorer. The file is named after the gallery and ends in -originals.zip, -jpegs.zip or -raw.zip.
I don't see a Download all photos button. Why?
Your photographer chooses which downloads each gallery offers: original files, JPEG previews, RAW files or none. Single photos and the ZIP follow the same choice, so no Download all photos button means downloads are off for this gallery. Ask your photographer to turn them on.
Do I need extra software to open a ZIP on Windows?
No. ZIP support is built into Windows, so File Explorer extracts it without WinRAR, 7-Zip or any other app.
My download is slow or keeps failing. What helps?
A ZIP of full-resolution photos can be large, so use a stable connection and keep the browser open while it downloads. If a download drops, go back to the gallery link and click Download all photos again. For a handful of photos, the download button on each photo is quicker.
