Originals ZIP, JPEG ZIP and RAW ZIP

The originals ZIP contains the exact files you uploaded, except RAW files, which it holds as full-size JPEGs that open on any device. shoots.page stores files byte-for-byte, so this archive delivers your untouched JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF and WebP photos for printing and long-term archiving.

The JPEG ZIP delivers ready-to-view images for everyday use and fast sharing. Every photo in it is a 2000 px JPEG, RAW, HEIC and TIFF files included, so the set opens anywhere without special software. Each option has its own toggle in your gallery settings, so you can offer either flavor, both, or neither. Turn on RAW downloads and a third ZIP holds the RAW files exactly as uploaded.

How the toggles combine

Each is an independent per-gallery switch you can change before publishing or at any time later.

Start	The ZIP streams as it downloads, so it starts right away instead of waiting to be packed.
Names	Named after the gallery, such as Wedding-originals.zip, with photos numbered in gallery order.
Formats	JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP, and RAW (no video).
Storage	ZIPs are built at download time and never count toward storage. 2 GB free. Pro: 100 GB for USD 9 a month or USD 90 a year before applicable tax (EUR 8 or EUR 80 in Europe, VAT included).

What's inside the originals ZIP?

The originals ZIP contains the exact files you uploaded, preserved byte-for-byte without conversion or recompression, except RAW files, which it holds as full-size JPEGs. Read more on original downloads.

When should I offer the JPEG ZIP instead?

Offer the JPEG ZIP when clients want smaller files for phones and quick sharing: every photo as a 2000 px JPEG, RAW included. For RAW photos the originals ZIP already holds full-size JPEGs that open on any device, so clients never need a RAW converter. Read more on RAW delivery.

Do clients need an account to download the ZIP?

No. Clients never need an account, app, or registration. They access the unlisted gallery directly, enter a password if you set one, and download. Learn more in our download photos guide.

Can I turn ZIP downloads off after sharing the link?

Yes, together with single downloads of that type, because each switch covers single files and the ZIP. Turn off Allow original downloads, for example, and clients can no longer save originals one by one or as a ZIP. You can change the switches at any time in the gallery settings.
