Download a gallery ZIP on your Android
Open the link, tap download, extract the ZIP in your Files app, and the pictures are yours. No account, no app, no sign-up — ever.

The whole job in four steps
Open your gallery link
Tap the link your photographer sent you — it opens in your browser. No account, no app, no sign-up. If the gallery is password-protected, enter the password your photographer gave you.
Tap the download-all button
Tap the download-all or ZIP button on the gallery. A notification in your status bar tracks the progress while the file downloads.
Extract the ZIP
Open the Files app, tap Browse, then Downloads. Tap the ZIP file and tap Extract — the photos unpack into the same folder.
Enjoy your photos
The extracted photos sit in a normal folder on your phone and show up in your gallery or photos app, ready to view, share, or back up.
Where the download lands
When you tap the download button in Chrome, your phone begins downloading the ZIP file. A notification in your status bar will show the download progress. To check on it inside Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the corner and tap Downloads. If your address bar sits at the bottom of the screen, swipe up on the bar and tap Downloads.
Once the download finishes, the file is saved directly into the Download folder in your phone's internal storage.
Extracting the ZIP
Most Android phones use the built-in Files by Google app to manage storage. Open Files, tap Browse at the bottom, and tap Downloads. Tap the ZIP file you just downloaded. A pop-up will show you what is inside. Tap Extract, and your phone will unpack the photos into the same folder. You can also check the optional box to delete the ZIP file after extraction to save storage space.
On Samsung Galaxy phones, the built-in file manager is called My Files and works the same way: find the ZIP file under your downloads, tap it, and extract the files.
After extraction
Once extracted, your photos sit in a normal folder on your phone. They immediately show up in your phone's gallery or photos app, ready for you to view, share, or back up.
Common questions
Where did my download go?
Your ZIP file lands in the Download folder in your phone's internal storage. You can locate it by opening your phone's file manager app, such as Files by Google or Samsung's My Files, and opening the Downloads folder. You can also see your recent files directly in Chrome by tapping the three-dot menu and choosing Downloads.
I don't see a download-all button — why?
A gallery can offer individual photo downloads, a download-all ZIP of the original photos, or a JPEG ZIP. Each option appears only if your photographer enabled it in your gallery settings. If you do not see a download-all button, the photographer did not turn that feature on.
Do I need an account or app?
No. You never need an account, an app, or a sign-up to open the link or download your photos. If your photographer added a password to protect the gallery, simply type it in when prompted to open the page.
What helps if the download is slow or fails?
A ZIP file with hundreds of original photos can be quite large, so switching to a reliable Wi-Fi network is sensible. Keep your browser tab open until the progress bar completes so Android does not pause the task. If the download stops or fails, return to the gallery link and tap the download button again to restart it.
