From shoots.page, clients download the exact JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF or WebP files you uploaded: same bytes, same resolution, same metadata. They take one original at a time or the whole set as a ZIP, with no account or app, and a RAW photo comes as a full-size JPEG that opens on any device. The 2000 px preview is a separate, smaller JPEG.

What an original download is
The file your client downloads is bit-identical to the file you uploaded. shoots.page stores files byte-for-byte, which means we do not re-encode your images, alter resolution, or strip metadata. When you upload a full-resolution JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF or WebP file, the recipient receives those exact bytes. A RAW file is the exception: most clients cannot open one, so they get a full-size JPEG of it, and the RAW itself only if you turn on RAW downloads.
To keep web browsing responsive, the gallery automatically generates separate 480 px thumbnails and a 2000 px JPEG preview in the background. How clients download originals
Open the gallery link
Clients never need an account, an app, or a sign-up. If you set a password, they enter it to open the page.
Browse and download
Browse the grid, 60 photos per page, open any photo in the 2000 px viewer, and download the original from the viewer or the grid.
Take one file or the whole set
Download single originals or choose a ZIP download to get all original files in one archive, based on the toggles you enabled.
You control whether originals are downloadable
Original downloads have their own switch per gallery, next to the switches for JPEG and RAW downloads, and each switch covers single files and the ZIP. You can turn original downloads on or off before publishing or adjust the setting later from your gallery settings.
If you turn original downloads off, clients can still browse the thumbnail grid and inspect the 2000 px previews in the viewer, but they cannot download the source files. This control covers JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF and WebP originals and the full-size JPEGs of RAW photos; the RAW files have their own switch, explained under RAW delivery.
Why byte-for-byte matters
When files are delivered byte-for-byte, your export settings, color profiles, and sharpening survive intact. What your client saves to disk is the exact output you approved on your monitor. Read more in our guide on how to share photos without losing quality.
