Notes on formats and storage

RAW processing runs on LibRaw. CR2, NEF, and DNG formats are verified, and most other camera RAW formats work. Each RAW file processes up to 1 GiB and 80 MP.

HEIC/HEIF files and video are not accepted. If you shoot on an iPhone, follow the guide on preparing HEIC photos to convert them before uploading.

You get 2 GB of free storage. A 250 GB plan exists in the product, but paid billing is not live yet, so there is no way to buy more storage right now.

Common questions

Can I upload HEIC photos from my iPhone?

No. HEIC and HEIF files are not accepted. Convert them to JPEG or PNG before uploading — the HEIC preparation guide walks through it.

Can I deliver video clips?

No. Video uploads are not supported.

My RAW file is larger than 1 GiB — what happens?

Files beyond the processing caps are not supported. Keep RAW files under 1 GiB and 80 MP.

How much can I store for free?

Every account includes 2 GB of free storage.

Is there a paid plan?

A 250 GB plan exists in the product, but paid billing is not live yet, so you cannot purchase more storage at this time.
