Will this set fit?

Storage math comes down to photo count multiplied by average file size. The presets start you with rough estimates, about 8 MB for an exported JPEG and about 25 MB for a RAW file, but real sizes vary with your camera and export settings, so adjust them to match your files.

A few hundred photos add up fast: 600 JPEGs at 8 MB come to 4.8 GB, and 300 RAW files at 25 MB to 7.5 GB. Check a real export folder for an exact average.

The free 2 GB is per account and covers all your published galleries together, so photos in live galleries count toward it. Unpublished galleries can hold more while you review, up to 100 GB, and the limit applies when you publish.

Need more room? Pro gives you 100 GB for USD 9 a month or USD 90 a year before tax (EUR 8 or EUR 80 in Europe, VAT included). Revoking or deleting a gallery you no longer deliver also makes room. See pricing.

Not for storage: three small galleries use exactly as much space as one big one. If a job does not fit, move to Pro with 100 GB, or deliver in rounds and delete each round once the client has downloaded it.

Splitting can still help your client. Recipient galleries show 60 photos per page, so a long event divided by part of the day or by theme is easier to browse and download.
