How to send many photos at once
Deliver hundreds of photos by sharing a single unlisted gallery link instead of fighting attachment limits. Your client browses the whole collection online and chooses what to download, while your original files stay intact.

The short answer
The reliable way to send many photos is a web gallery. A gallery link keeps the entire collection in one place, so recipients browse images online before pulling down the full-resolution files they want.
When you send a large photo collection, standard tools break down: file sizes outgrow inbox limits, chat apps degrade image quality, and basic transfer services make clients download a blind ZIP before they can see a single picture.
Where email and chat break down
Email attachments hit hard ceilings quickly. Gmail caps attachments at 25 MB for personal accounts, and Outlook.com and Yahoo Mail enforce similar limits around 20–25 MB. An event or wedding delivery easily reaches several gigabytes — email simply cannot hold the volume.
Messaging apps create a different problem. Photos dropped into a chat get re-encoded and downscaled, and drip-feeding hundreds of files into a thread leaves the recipient with a disorganized mess.
File-transfer sites solve the size issue for one-off handoffs, but the experience falls short for client delivery. Name your files consistently

Export your selects as full-resolution JPEGs in sRGB so colors render consistently across your client's phones, laptops and tablets. The recommended settings are in Lightroom export for delivery.

Pick your JPEG, PNG or RAW files right on the homepage. They stay local while you set the title and delivery options, and the draft persists in the browser — an accidental reload costs you nothing.
Sign in with Google (free account) and the upload begins: resumable 8 MiB parts that pick up exactly where they stopped if your connection drops or you close the laptop. Thumbnails (480 px) and previews (2000 px JPEG, including rendered previews for RAW) generate in the background.

What your recipient sees
Your client opens a page with your gallery title, your studio name, and a thumbnail grid that paginates at 60 photos per page, so even a huge delivery stays responsive on a phone. Tapping any image opens it in a full-screen 2000 px viewer.
No account is ever needed. When you enable downloads, they can save individual originals or JPEGs, or take the whole set at once with ZIP downloads. Originals are stored byte-for-byte, so what they download is exactly what you exported.
Common questions
How many photos can one gallery hold?
Galleries are bounded by your account storage, not a photo count. On the free plan, upload as many photos as fit within your 2 GB allowance.
Does the recipient have to download photos one by one?
No. Alongside single-file downloads, you can enable ZIP options so the whole collection comes down in a few clicks.
Can I upload RAW files alongside finished JPEGs?
Yes. JPEG, PNG and RAW are accepted. RAW files get a rendered 2000 px JPEG preview so clients can view them in the browser.
Does the gallery link expire automatically?
No. Links are unlisted and stay live unless you set an expiry date or delete the gallery yourself.
