What InstaProofs covers

InstaProofs is a client gallery and print sales platform for photographers. The free plan gives you 3 GB of storage, client galleries, a print shop and gallery announcements. On that plan InstaProofs takes a 12% commission on sales.

Every paid plan drops the commission, and each step up adds storage and studio tools. Starter costs $4.95 a month or $49 a year for 15 GB. Creative costs $19.95 a month or $199 a year for 100 GB and adds client invoicing and digital contracts. Professional ($29.95 a month, 400 GB) adds session booking, questionnaires and assistant logins, and Studio ($49.95 a month) gives 800 GB.

When the suite is more than you need

If you already handle contracts and invoices somewhere else and mainly need to hand over finished photos, a full studio suite can mean paying for tools you never open.

shoots.page is free up to 2 GB and gives you 100 GB on Pro for USD 9 a month or USD 90 a year. Be fair about the numbers: if 15 GB is enough and you want to sell prints, InstaProofs Starter is cheaper at $4.95 a month, and its free plan holds 3 GB instead of 2 GB. If you need 100 GB to deliver finished sets and do not run a store, shoots.page Pro costs USD 9 a month where InstaProofs Creative costs $19.95.

Where InstaProofs clearly wins

Where shoots.page fits

Using both

Some photographers keep InstaProofs for clients who order prints and albums, and send other jobs, such as headshots or commercial sets, as a plain delivery link. Both have free plans, so upload the same finished set to each, open the links on your phone and keep what suits your clients.
