What the free plan includes
Picflow's free plan costs $0 and has no time limit. You get 2 GB of storage, one seat, unlimited galleries and unlimited collaborators. You get favorites, comments, drawn annotations and approval statuses for reviews, and you can share links, track views and downloads, search by metadata and embed galleries on your website. The Lightroom Classic and Capture One integrations work on the free plan too.
What it leaves out matters for client delivery: there is no password protection, no RAW upload and no video. You can't add your logo or hide the Picflow badge, and there are no color labels, version control, storage add-ons or live chat support.
Trial, billing and cancelling
Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, and Picflow can extend it if you ask. No credit card is needed upfront. Paying yearly saves $36 on Plus (20%), $72 on Pro (25%) and $360 on Biz (about 17%) against paying month to month. In euros, Plus costs EUR 14 a month or EUR 132 a year, Pro EUR 22 or EUR 204, and Biz EUR 159 or EUR 1,584.
Picflow's terms give new subscriptions a 14-day money-back guarantee; after that there are no refunds or credits, even when you cancel mid-cycle. A refund on a yearly plan is reduced by one month's fee and the payment processor's non-refundable fees. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the billing period.
Add-ons and extra costs
On paid plans you can add storage in 1 TB blocks at $24 a month each. Extra seats cost $12 a month billed yearly on Pro ($15 month to month) and $16 on Biz ($20). Paid plans also include monthly workflow credits for video processing and automation: 400 on Plus, 1,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Biz. They reset every month and can be topped up. Picflow counts only the files you upload toward storage, not its resized copies.
Which plan delivers RAW files
RAW uploads start at Pro: $24 a month, or $216 a year. Free and Plus don't take RAW files. Picflow shows RAW files as resized JPGs and recommends delivering them only as the original file. shoots.page takes RAW on every plan, free included: clients get a full-size JPEG of each RAW by default, and the untouched RAW files when you switch RAW downloads on.
Picflow or shoots.page for delivery only
shoots.page only delivers photos and collects picks: you send one link, and clients download without an account or an app. It has no annotations, video, watermarks, custom domains, logos or team seats.
