What Picflow does well

Picflow is built for proofing and review. Visitors can favorite and comment, collaborators can draw annotations on photos and videos, and every asset can carry an approval status. From Plus you get color labels; from Pro you get version history and can cap how many assets get approved for the final selection. For a commercial studio or an agency, that keeps feedback rounds in one organized place.

It also takes more than photos. PSD, Illustrator, EPS and PDF files sit next to video, Full HD on Plus and 4K HDR from Pro, and RAW files from Pro. The Lightroom Classic and Capture One integrations work on every plan, so you can send work from your editor straight into a gallery.

Where delivery gets harder on Picflow

When the shoot is finished and you only need to hand it over, the free plan runs short: it has no password protection and no RAW uploads, and the Picflow badge stays on your galleries. RAW starts at Pro, $24 a month or $216 a year. Even then, Picflow shows RAW files as resized JPGs, so previews and resized downloads can differ in color, and it recommends delivering RAW only as the original file.

Link expiry isn't available yet: Picflow's feature index lists auto-expiration as Soon. And if your work doesn't call for annotations, version control or team seats, a review platform is more than the handover needs. That isn't a flaw in Picflow; it is built for a wider job.

Where Picflow clearly wins

Where shoots.page fits

How switching works

  1. Get the finished files onto your computer. shoots.page has no importer, so you upload them again.
  2. On the shoots.page homepage, pick the files, set the gallery title and download options, and sign in with Google.
  3. Review the gallery once the uploads finish, publish it and send the link. You can add a password or an expiry date at any time.
  4. Galleries you already shared on Picflow stay on Picflow; shoots.page doesn't touch them.

Common questions

What is the best Picflow alternative for delivering photos?
If the job is handing over finished photos, shoots.page is a focused option: free up to 2 GB or 100 GB for USD 9 a month, with RAW on every plan, passwords, expiry dates and no client account. If you need review rounds, video or team seats, Picflow remains the better fit.
Is Picflow free?
Yes. The free plan has 2 GB and 1 seat with no time limit, but no password protection, RAW, video or logo, and the Picflow badge stays. Paid plans start at $12 a month billed yearly ($144 a year), or $15 month to month.
Can I deliver RAW files without paying for Picflow Pro?
Not on Picflow: RAW needs Pro at $24 a month or $216 a year. shoots.page accepts RAW on every plan, including the free 2 GB; clients get full-size JPEGs by default and the untouched RAW files when you switch RAW downloads on.
Do my clients need an account?
Not for a gallery link on either. shoots.page never asks recipients to sign up. On Picflow, visitors on a public or password link need no account, but guests you invite to a private gallery do.
Can I set a gallery expiry date?
On shoots.page, yes: pick a date and time on any plan, and the link stops working on its own when it passes. Picflow lists link auto-expiration as Soon on its feature index, so it isn't available yet.
Can I move my Picflow galleries to shoots.page?
There is no importer. Upload the finished files from your computer into a new gallery; only the bytes of those uploads count toward your 2 GB or 100 GB.
