Pixieset pricing: every plan, explained
Pixieset's paid Client Gallery plans cost $8, $16, $24 or $40 a month billed yearly for 10 GB, 100 GB, 1,000 GB or unlimited storage ($10, $20, $30 or $50 billed monthly), with no commission. The free plan gives you 3 GB with no time limit, but Pixieset takes 15% of store sales. The Suite, which adds a website and studio tools, costs $28 to $55 a month billed yearly.

What the free plan includes
The free plan never expires and needs no credit card. You get 3 GB of photo storage, unlimited galleries, a built-in store and up to 3 mobile gallery apps. The catch is at delivery: clients get resized downloads, not your original files. You can't upload video or RAW files, and you can't add your own logo or domain, so Pixieset branding stays. Store sales cost you 15% of the order subtotal, counted before discounts, coupons, taxes and shipping.

When the Suite costs less
Studio Manager covers contracts with e-signatures, invoices, quotes, questionnaires, booking and online payments. Its free tier gives you unlimited invoices, 3 contracts and 3 quotes or questionnaires; the free website allows 15 pages, 100 photos and 5 blog posts.
If you pay for all three apps, the Suite is cheaper, and Pixieset says it saves up to 37%. Client Gallery Pro, Website Pro and Studio Manager Pro cost $60 a month billed yearly on their own, while Suite Pro costs $38 and doubles the storage to 2,000 GB.
Add-ons and fees on top
Payment processing fees apply to every store sale, even on paid plans: Stripe generally charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and PayPal 3.49% + $0.49, and both vary by country. With automatic lab fulfillment, printing and shipping costs come out of each order. Add-ons cost $5 a month per extra hour of video, $10 a month per 5,000 extra campaign emails and $12 a month for Pixieset's Photo Editor. Plan changes are prorated, and cancellations aren't refunded.
Pixieset or shoots.page for delivery only
shoots.page only delivers photos and collects picks: you send one link, and clients download without an account or an app. It has no store, invoices, contracts, website, custom domains, logos or video.

- You want galleries, a website, contracts, invoices and booking in one account; the Suite starts at $28 a month billed yearly.
- You deliver video, up to 5 hours of 4K on Ultimate or 10 hours on Suite Ultimate.
- You want your own domain and logo on every gallery, or email campaigns to your client list.
- You keep a big archive online: Ultimate has unlimited storage for $40 a month billed yearly.
When you only need delivery
- You already have a website and handle invoices and contracts elsewhere.
- You want clients to get original files on a free plan.
- You deliver TIFF, HEIC or WebP files, which Pixieset galleries don't take, or RAW without paying $24 a month for Pixieset Pro.
- You want photo proofing where you collect payment for extra picks yourself, with no commission.
