Share conference photos in six steps

  1. Plan your gallery sections

Sort the files from your photographer into logical groups before uploading. Good groups include conference days, keynote tracks, breakout rooms, the expo floor, and evening networking receptions.

  2. Upload your conference photos on shoots.page

Select the images on the shoots.page homepage, type a title of up to 120 characters, and sign in with Google to transfer them. If your connection drops during a large upload, the transfer resumes where it stopped.

  3. Add a shoot pass or Pro subscription

On the free plan, a live gallery has one section. Adding a shoot pass for USD 19 once or subscribing to Pro allows you to organize up to 30 named sections in the same gallery.

  4. Set download options and an expiry date

Choose whether visitors can download original files, 2000 px JPEGs or both, one by one or as a ZIP. Set an optional expiry date so people know when the gallery closes, or leave it open as long as you need.

  5. Share the main link with your attendees

Put the gallery link in your post-event email, post it on the event website, or put it on the closing slide with the free QR code tool. More ideas in how to share event photos with attendees.

  6. Send section links to speakers and sponsors

Copy the direct URL for a specific track or the expo hall. Paste that link into thank-you emails so partners can access their assets without searching through hundreds of general pictures.

Sections for days, tracks and sessions

shoots.page lets you organize large events into up to 30 sections, with section names up to 60 characters long. You can label tabs by day, stage name, or specific session titles. Recipients only see sections that contain photos, so empty tabs stay hidden automatically. Each section has its own unique link that opens the gallery directly on that tab.

Each tab also comes with its own section ZIP download. That helps event organizers who want partners to pull only the photos they care about. A panelist can visit their panel tab and grab that single archive through ZIP downloads rather than waiting for the entire multi-day archive to download.

Keep in mind that section links are shortcuts, not private locks. Anyone who opens a section link can still click around to see every other tab in that gallery. If you have confidential board meeting pictures or VIP lounge shots meant for one person only, do not put them in a shared tab. Put those photos in a separate gallery with its own password.

Common questions

Can each speaker get only their own photos?
No, section links do not hide the rest of the gallery from view. If you must keep a speaker's photos private from other attendees, upload those pictures into a separate gallery.
Do attendees need an account or the event app?
No, attendees do not need an account, a login, or an app. The gallery link opens directly in any standard mobile or desktop web browser.
Can attendees download every photo at once?
Yes, as long as downloads are switched on. Visitors can download individual pictures, an entire section ZIP, or the full gallery ZIP archive.
How many photos can one conference gallery hold?
shoots.page has no photo count limits per gallery. The only limit is storage, meaning a 50 GB shoot pass holds about 6,250 photos at 8 MB each.
Can attendees upload their own photos?
No, only the account owner who created the gallery can add files. There is no feature for guest or attendee submissions.
What does it cost?
You can share conference photos for free up to 500 MB. A 50 GB shoot pass costs USD 19 once (EUR 17 in Europe) for 12 months, and Pro costs USD 9 a month.
