After the event, everyone wants the photos

shoots.page replaces the usual file scramble once your event wraps up. After a conference, award gala, opening, festival or company celebration, requests arrive from every direction. Attendees want their stage moments and crowd pictures for social media. Keynote speakers need images for their portfolios. Sponsors, partner organizations and press contacts ask for high-resolution files for articles, post-event reports and marketing. At the same time, your internal communications team needs the full collection for intranet posts, newsletters and future marketing collateral.

When one download link gets forwarded to all of them, problems surface quickly. The link can run out, nobody knows who has which files, and you cannot add a password or an end date. Event photo sharing works well when you host the finished collection under one organized link. With shoots.page, you publish the photos from your photographer in one gallery where anyone with the link sees 2000 px previews and downloads the files you allow, without registering.

From the photographer's files to one link

  1. Receive the full set

Collect the finished JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP or RAW files from your photographer and keep a copy on your own drive.

  2. Upload to shoots.page

Select your files on the shoots.page homepage, give the gallery a title of up to 120 characters, and sign in with Google to send. The upload automatically resumes if your internet connection drops.

  3. Configure your gallery settings

Decide whether visitors can download original files, 2000 px JPEGs or both. You can also set a gallery password between 8 and 256 characters, or pick an expiry date and time.

  4. Publish and share the gallery link

Copy your unlisted link and post it on your event website, attendee email, newsletter or intranet. You can create a PNG or SVG using the free QR code tool to show on closing slides or printed signage.

  5. Email named contacts directly

Email the gallery link from shoots.page to specific speakers, sponsors or executives, one person per send. You can include a personal note of up to 1,000 characters along with the cover photo.

SpeakersA link straight to their session's section, with original downloads on.
Sponsors and partnersThe link to the section with their stage or booth, which has its own ZIP download.

Questions event organizers ask

Do attendees need an account or an app?
shoots.page requires no account, sign-up or app for your attendees. Anyone with your link can view and download photos directly in their mobile or desktop web browser.
Can attendees upload their own photos?
shoots.page permits only the gallery owner to upload photos. Guests and attendees cannot upload or submit their own images to your gallery.
What does sharing one event cost?
shoots.page includes 500 MB for free across your account. For typical event sets, a single shoot pass costs USD 19 once (EUR 17 in Europe) and provides 50 GB of storage for 12 months with every Pro feature included.
Can we keep the photos internal?
shoots.page keeps all gallery links unlisted and out of search engines. You can also add a password of 8 to 256 characters, or, with Pro or a shoot pass, a 4-digit download PIN so anyone with the link can view the photos and only people with the PIN can download them.
Can we see who opened the gallery?
shoots.page shows views, unique visitors, photo downloads and ZIP downloads for every gallery, plus views and downloads per photo. When you email named contacts using a shoot pass or Pro plan, you can also see which recipients opened the link and when.
How do we credit the photographer?
shoots.page lets you place the photographer's name in the gallery title of up to 120 characters and in the 1,000-character email note. Original downloads also keep any caption and credit the photographer embedded in the files.
