How to share event photos with attendees

Upload the finished photos to one shoots.page gallery and share its link: post it, email it, or print it as a QR code. Attendees open it with no account, browse 60 photos per page and download the originals one by one or as a ZIP, when you allow it. Delivery is one way: attendees can view and download, but they cannot add their own photos.

Share event photos in five steps

  1. Pick the finished photos

On the shoots.page homepage, select the finished JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP or RAW files and give the gallery a title, such as the event name and date.

  2. Sign in and upload

Sign in with Google to send. If you leave mid-upload and come back, the upload resumes where it stopped.

  3. Set access and downloads

In the gallery settings, add a password if the photos should stay with the people who were there, set an expiry date if the link should close, and choose which downloads attendees get. You can change all of it later.

  4. Publish and post the link

Publish the gallery and share its link wherever attendees already are: the event page, a follow-up email, a newsletter or a group chat.

  5. Print a QR code

Paste the link into the gallery QR code tool and download a PNG or SVG for slides, table cards or signage. It is drawn in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

Attendees can't upload to the gallery

shoots.page is one-way delivery: you upload, attendees view and download. There is no guest upload. If you want attendees to add their own photos, a guest-upload tool is the right choice. In a Google Photos shared album, anyone with access can view the photos and add to the album, and iCloud shared albums on iOS 27 let friends and family join and contribute on the web without an Apple Account.

Common questions

Can attendees upload their own photos to the gallery?
No. shoots.page has no guest upload, so only the photographer adds photos. If you want contributions, use a guest-upload tool such as a Google Photos shared album alongside your gallery.
Do attendees need an account or an app?
No. They open the link in a browser. No account, app or sign-up, ever.
Can I keep event photos private?
Gallery links are unlisted, marked noindex and left out of the sitemap, but anyone who has the link can open it. Add a password of 8 to 256 characters when the photos should stay with attendees.
How many photos can one event gallery hold?
There is no limit on photo count, only account storage: 2 GB free or 100 GB on Pro, shared by all your galleries. Attendees see 60 photos per page. Previews are generated for files up to 1 GiB and 100 megapixels; a larger file has to be removed before the gallery can be published.
Can attendees download every photo at once?
Yes, as a ZIP. Turn on original downloads for a ZIP of the originals, or JPEG downloads for a ZIP of 2000 px JPEGs. The iPhone and Android guides walk through it on a phone.
Can the link stop working after the event?
Yes. Set an optional expiry date and the link stops working when it passes. The photos stay in your account, and you can extend or remove the expiry to open the gallery again.
