Photo delivery for event photographers

Event shoots end with volume sets and a crowd of stakeholders. One unlisted link serves the organizer, the comms team and press — no accounts on their side.

Where an event job actually ends

An event shoot wraps with hundreds of edited photos and several people waiting on them. The organizer forwards your delivery to marketing, comms, press contacts, sometimes sponsors. None of them want to create an account to pull photos for a press release or a social post.

So you send one unlisted link that everyone on their side opens. Anyone with the link can view the set — for a private or internal event, add a password. The comms team pulls the whole batch with the ZIP download, and press picks individual originals that hold up in print.

The event workflow on shoots.page

  1. Send a same-night selection first

Pick a small set in the browser right after the event and publish it as its own gallery while interest is hot. The full set follows as a second gallery.

  2. Sign in to send

A free account with Google sign-in, and your files and settings carry through without re-picking.

  3. Upload over any venue connection

Resumable 8 MiB parts: when venue Wi-Fi drops, the upload resumes where it stopped. Previews generate in the background.

  4. Add controls and share one link

Set an optional expiry date, enable the download-all ZIP for the comms team, and send the unlisted link to the organizer.

Questions event photographers ask

Can the whole marketing team use one link?
Yes. Links are unlisted and recipients never need an account. The organizer can forward the link internally — anyone with it (and the password, if set) gets in.
Do press contacts get full-resolution files?
Yes. When original downloads are enabled, files download byte-for-byte — exactly what you uploaded, never altered.
Can attendees add their own photos to the gallery?
No. shoots.page has no guest-upload mode. Only you, the gallery owner, can add photos.
