Share your photographer's photos in six steps

  1. Download the full set

Check that every file arrived before uploading. Do it soon: a WeTransfer Free link, for example, lasts up to 3 days, as our WeTransfer guide explains. Download every file to your computer and confirm that the files open properly.

  2. Check your agreement with the photographer

Before you share professional photos with your team or attendees, confirm what your license permits. Check whether your terms allow sharing files on social media, sending images to press contacts, or letting attendees download full-resolution copies.

  3. Upload the files on the shoots.page homepage and sign in with Google

Choose the photos, give the gallery a title and sign in with Google. shoots.page accepts JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, WebP and RAW files, and the upload resumes if your connection drops.

  4. Credit the photographer in the gallery title

The title field holds up to 120 characters. Add your event name followed by "Photos:" and the photographer's name so every visitor sees who took the pictures.

  5. Set the password, expiry date and download rules

Choose whether visitors can download files individually or as a ZIP archive. Turn on original downloads for full-size files or limit downloads to 2000 px JPEGs. You can also configure password protection using 8 to 256 characters and set an optional expiry date.

  6. Publish and distribute your gallery link

Publish and copy the unlisted link. Post it, email it from shoots.page to up to 200 people one at a time, or print it as a QR code with the gallery QR code tool. More in how to share event photos with attendees.

Forwarding their link or sharing your own gallery

shoots.page gives you direct ownership of the gallery link you send to guests and colleagues. When your photographer sent the photos through their own gallery or a transfer link, that link sits in their account. It can run out, or close when the photographer clears their storage. Forwarding their link also means you cannot add your own password or an end date, and you cannot see who opened it.

With shoots.page, you choose the password, set an optional expiry date, and decide whether visitors can download original files or web previews. Detailed stats show how many people viewed the gallery and downloaded photos. The images remain in place until you decide to remove them, and Revoke switches the link off at once while your files stay.

Credit the photographer

shoots.page makes it straightforward to credit the person who captured your event. The gallery title holds up to 120 characters, leaving space to enter the event title followed by "Photos:" and the photographer's name. In your account settings, you can set the studio name to your organization's name so that your company or association appears at the top of the gallery.

When you email the link from shoots.page, the message note holds up to 1,000 characters. You can use this space to thank the photographer and state image usage rules for your team. If you turn on original downloads, shoots.page delivers files byte for byte, preserving any metadata, copyright details, or captions embedded by the photographer.

Common questions

Am I allowed to share my photographer's photos?
shoots.page hosts the files you upload, but whether you may share them depends on your agreement with the photographer. Check your contract terms or ask the photographer directly before sharing the images publicly.
Will the photos lose quality?
shoots.page delivers exact files byte for byte when original downloads are enabled. Visitors view 2000 px previews in the browser, and you can allow downloads of either 2000 px JPEGs or original files.
Do people need an account?
shoots.page requires no account, app, or sign-up for visitors. Anyone with your link can view the gallery and download photos directly in their mobile or desktop browser.
Can I add more photos later?
shoots.page lets you add more photos to an active gallery at any time under the same link. Only the gallery owner can upload photos, so recipients cannot add files.
How long can the gallery stay online?
The link works until the expiry date you set, or until you revoke it or delete the gallery. A shoot pass gives the gallery its 50 GB and every Pro feature for 12 months.
What does it cost?
shoots.page is free for up to 500 MB of storage. A shoot pass costs USD 19 once (EUR 17 in Europe) for 50 GB on one gallery for 12 months, and Pro costs USD 9 a month for 100 GB.
