Share company event photos in five steps

  1. Upload the photographer's files

Visit the shoots.page homepage, choose your finished images, and give the gallery a clear title of up to 120 characters.

  2. Sign in with Google to transfer

Complete the sign-in prompt to begin sending your photos. If your connection drops mid-upload, the upload resumes where it stopped.

  3. Choose privacy and download rules

Protect the images by adding an optional password of 8 to 256 characters. Set an optional expiry date to establish a viewing window, and decide whether staff can download original files or web-ready 2000 px JPEGs.

  4. Publish and share the gallery

Click publish to generate your link, then paste it where colleagues already read, such as your intranet, internal newsletter, or team chat. Send the password in a separate message, so the link alone does not open the gallery.

  5. Drop in extra images later

If the photographer sends late edits the next morning, add them to the same gallery. They appear under the same link, so nobody needs a new one.

Keep the photos inside the company

shoots.page protects your internal images by keeping gallery links unlisted. Each gallery is marked noindex and left out of the sitemap, so it stays out of search results. Even so, anyone who has the link can open the gallery unless you add a password. To share photos with employees securely, always add a password between 8 and 256 characters in your gallery settings. Then post the link in company channels and share the password separately.

You also control how long the corporate event photos remain accessible. Adding an expiry date displays an "Available until" notice beneath the gallery title, and the link automatically shuts off when that moment passes. If something needs to come down fast, Revoke switches the link off at once. Your photos stay in your account, and publishing again restores the same link. Set your company name as the studio name in your settings, so staff see who sent the gallery at the top of the page.

Offices in more than one country

shoots.page detects each visitor's browser language automatically. When team members open company event photos in regional offices, the gallery buttons, menus and download prompts follow their browser language. Supported languages include English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Danish, and Swedish.

International colleagues can also change the interface language manually at any time. A drop-down language menu sits in the gallery header, allowing individual team members to switch language without changing the view for anyone else on the team.
