What to save from Pass Gallery

Save six things from Pass before 31 October 2026 and resend the photos with shoots.page, free up to 2 GB: every gallery, the client list, gallery activity, order history, price lists and screenshots of the rest. Most of it comes out one piece at a time, with each gallery its own photos.zip, each order its own CSV and each price list its own download.

Before you start

Galleries not migrated to Pic-Time stop being accessible to clients after 31 October 2026, and Pass permanently deletes all remaining data on 31 December 2026. Pass has not said whether photographers can still log in or export between those dates, so finish before 31 October and ask help@passgallery.com about anything later. Pass's own order is galleries first, then client and gallery lists, order history and the items that don't transfer, and only then cancelling. It also suggests giving yourself more than one evening, because larger libraries and older galleries can take real time to work through.

Galleries

Pass has no whole-account download, so every gallery comes out on its own as photos.zip, and galleries older than a year need about 2 to 15 hours to unarchive first. Our Pass Gallery download guide has every click. Check your own archive too: JPEGs sent through the Pass+ Uploader were recompressed at the same pixel size unless support switched its optimizer off, so your own exports may be the better copies. Rename each ZIP after the client and shoot, open it to check the photos are there, and keep it on two drives. As SLR Lounge put it, "Your gallery host is a delivery tool, not an archive."

Client list

Go to Sales Campaigns, Visitor Emails and click Download list. The CSV downloads automatically and covers every gallery: client name, client email, client type and the gallery each person had access to. It is the only export here that covers the whole account in one go. Sort it by gallery to see who belongs to which shoot, then use it to tell clients about the change; our Pass closing email templates are ready to copy. The file holds names and email addresses, so store it as carefully as any client record.

Gallery activity

Go to Sales Campaigns, User Activity, pick a gallery and click the download icon, then repeat for the next one; there is no bulk export. Each CSV lists client name, email, client type, activity and activity time, which covers views and downloads and when they happened, and it is named after its gallery, such as "Activity Project Danna and Paul". Use it to find clients who never downloaded and write to them first. Keep the files as your record of who opened and downloaded what.

Order history

Go to Sales Campaigns, Orders, open an order, click the download button at the top right and choose Download CSV. Pass says orders export one at a time, with no bulk export. Each CSV covers one order: Filename, Photo ID, Scene, Path, File Locator, ProjectID, Project name and Job Identifier, which is the product. Order history does not move to Pic-Time either. Pass suggests exporting open orders you may still need to follow up on, orders a client might contact you about, and as far back as your business, accounting or tax records call for. Keep the files with your business records.

Price lists

Go to Settings, Store Pricing, select a list and click Download at the top of it, then repeat for each list. The export includes your markup percentage. Pass says product and lab prices may differ on another platform, so treat the file as a reference for rebuilding a store, not as something to import.

What Pass cannot export

Coupon codes, marketing automations, gallery templates, letter templates, album proofing and sales campaigns have no export. Pass's advice is to copy them manually or save screenshots. Paste the wording of letter templates and automation emails into a document, screenshot the settings, and keep it all in one folder with the CSVs. Pass also notes that once your account data has been permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in.

Where everything goes next

The photos go to whatever delivers them next. If you sell prints, Pass's free migration to Pic-Time keeps your links and client data and gives you a store with over 30 labs; our Pass to Pic-Time migration guide covers it. If you only deliver files, upload them to shoots.page and send each client a new link. Free covers 2 GB of published galleries, Pro gives 100 GB for USD 9 a month or USD 90 a year before tax, and clients download with no account. shoots.page has no importer, client list, order history or print store, and it is not a backup, so the CSVs, screenshots and your photo archive stay in your own files.

Questions about saving your Pass data

Can I export my whole Pass account at once?

No. Only the client list comes out as one file for all galleries. Galleries, gallery activity, orders and price lists each export one at a time.

How do I export my client list from Pass?

Go to Sales Campaigns, Visitor Emails and click Download list. You get one CSV with every client's name, email, client type and the gallery they had access to.

Does Pass keep my data after 31 October?

Galleries not migrated to Pic-Time stop being accessible to clients after 31 October 2026, and all remaining data is permanently deleted on 31 December 2026. Pass has not said whether you can still log in or export in between, so finish before 31 October and ask help@passgallery.com if you can't.

Can shoots.page import my Pass galleries or client list?

No. shoots.page has no importer and no client list. You upload the photos you downloaded, send clients the new link and keep the CSVs in your own files.

Resend the photos you saved

Upload a downloaded gallery, publish it and send the client one link. Free up to 2 GB, no client account.
